The Vision Behind FAAZ TECH
Founder & Chief Executive Officer
Our story is intrinsically tied to the journey of our founder, Syed E. Husain, whose career in technical computing and software development began 37 years ago in 1989. Driven by an innate passion for programming and solving complex systems logic, his foundational work laid the bedrock for what FAAZ TECH represents today: a firm deeply committed to high-performance engineering, architectural integrity, and absolute delivery transparency.
As Founder & CEO, Mr. Husain remains directly involved in guiding the technical architecture of our enterprise projects. This ensures that decades of hands-on experience in architecting systems for national central banks, international commodity exchanges, and enterprise database engines are directly injected into every production deployment we ship.
Institutional Roots & Mainframes
Before the commercial web was commonplace, Mr. Husain was already architecting the foundational digital systems that powered national corporate frameworks. Serving as a Computer Consultant at KPMG, he engineered financial controls, internal audits, and mission-critical databases for institutional entities including the State Bank of Pakistan, Caltex Oil, and the Utility Stores Corporation.
Automated Media Monitoring (1993)
Developed the nation's first automated Ad-Monitoring Engine, introducing algorithmic tracking and accountability infrastructure to broadcast media—a historical project that set broadcast compliance standards for years to come.
14th August 1999
Operating directly from within the Prime Minister’s Secretariat, Mr. Husain moderated the world’s first official ministerial cyber-conference. This landmark live digital event established direct public-to-government interaction channels, demonstrating real-world digital collaboration parameters years before modern social networks existed.
Lobbied for and successfully championed unblocking institutional internet connection barriers (1998).
Served as Founder President of the Internet Association of Pakistan.
FAAZ TECH: Global Expansion
With the incorporation of FAAZ TECH in 2009, Mr. Husain systematically transitioned years of isolated high-end consulting into a unified boutique enterprise service firm. Expanding into competitive international markets across the Middle East, Central Asia, the UK, and the US, the company engineered mission-critical travel-tech platforms, cross-border remittance integrations, and high-frequency commerce backbones.
FinTech & Financial Stream Engines
